“ Very welcoming and friendly, although not necessary English was spoken. The menu was limited on the night we were there but normally it looks quite extensive with something for all tastes. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual and the food freshly prepared (the chef works in a corner of the main dining room). I was pleasantly surprised as to how reasonable the bill came to and represents good value for money . ”
“ A family owned and run Italian couple from Milan. All the ingredients is freshly made every day. They are very warm and welcoming. This is an extremely popular local restaurant so call and book a table ahead or risk turning up out of the blue and finding there fully booked. If you like up market wine they have a separate wine list for the discerning pallet as well as a good general bar selection of drinks. The ice creams are not to be missed! ”
“ A wonderful friendly resaurant serving the very best prepared and presented Pizza's. They also cater for takeaways ordered by phone, but why not stay and enjoy the ambiance of this lovely restaurant. Although you have to give 24 hour notice, if you should want the Lasagne, I can highly recomend it. Just as an aside, excellent English is spoken. I am wheelchair bound and the L' Esprit Italien make it a pleasure for me to visit. I highly recomend a visit, Best to book early. ”
